About the Role
Our client is a Fine Jewellery brand, based in London. They are on the hunt for a temporary Business and Operations Manager/PA to join their team from mid August until the end of the year. The role requires a confident and well-presented individual who will also manage the office and that is sensitive to art and history.
The individual will be required to work with flexible hours with occasional overtime.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Researching about the pieces through various text resources and internet
- Basic understanding of appreciating art pieces for creating write ups for the jewelry pieces
- Following up with the clients for providing information
- Coordinating with the shipping company
- Travelling to coordinate with the workshops and for exhibitions
- Making spreadsheets and pdf documents
- Running day to day errands like organizing stationery, printing invitations etc.
- Coordinating daily calendar with making appointments and bookings
- Personal PA duties, Travel, social engagements and ad hoc personal support
- Maintaining database, filing system, contact lists, administrative support
- Coordination with the PR
- Managing company’s social media accounts
- Preparing offices for meetings and receiving clients
- Regular upkeep of office supplies including presentation and displays and Kitchen amenities
- Managing contracts with outside vendors for example window flower, IT support, etc.
Salary: £36k-40k gross annually (pro rata for this role)
Contract runs from mid August to end of Dec 2026.
Role is full time and onsite.

Our client is an independent fine art dealership primarily dealing in contemporary art. They have a permanent gallery outside London, and are opening a new space in Notting Hill, London, which will primarily function as a viewing room. Most pieces sell for between £1k-£25k.
They are on the hunt for a Sales Associate (title negotiable) to manage this space, firstly alongside one of the co-owners and eventually independently.
This role would suit someone who is independent and proactive, and interested in a long-term career within the gallery. Candidates with existing clients are especially of interest.
The role can be worked part time or full time but, either way, the candidate will ideally work some Saturdays – at least initially - with the addition of art fairs in the UK and abroad.
