Our client is a dynamic, inclusive arts space with artist studios based in Packham. They are a young arts organisation at a truly pivotal stage of their development. Now in their fourth year, they are looking for a creative, driven individual who can realise the potential of their assets and make a transformational difference to the company’s growth, long-term future and financial sustainability. This role is a newly created position intended for an energetic, highly motivated self-starter. Reporting directly to the Founders and the Artistic Director, the successful candidate will take ownership of a diverse portfolio encompassing venue hire, individual giving, corporate sponsorship, and entrepreneurial commercial activities.
