I&rsquo;m Lacey West, Founder and Director of Lacey West Art International, which I established in 2010 to provide a professional and personal recruitment service for the art world.Originally from the United States, I moved to London to complete my MA in Contemporary Art at Sotheby&rsquo;s Institute of Art. Following this, I spent five years managing two commercial galleries, where I developed a strong understanding of the art market and the skills needed to run successful art businesses.Over the past decade and a half, I have grown LWAI into a trusted recruitment agency with a global reach. Together with my team, I have placed hundreds of carefully selected candidates across galleries, museums, art fairs, and arts organisations worldwide.
