About the Role

Our client is a Luxury, Multi-Disciplinary Design House, based in London. They are on the hunt for an experienced, globally minded Senior Client Relations & Global Salesperson to join the company during an important stage of international growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands the world of luxury beyond traditional sales. You should be highly relationship-driven, commercially sharp, culturally aware, and naturally confident navigating the worlds of fashion, art, design, hospitality, and high-net-worth clientele. They are looking for someone who combines cultural intelligence with commercial instinct. Someone who understands how meaningful relationships are built over time, how luxury clients should feel, and how to turn vision into long-term global growth.

Our client operates differently from a conventional fashion house. They create collectibles, not collections. The business spans fashion, objects, fine jewellery, textiles, and future categories, with a strong focus on craftsmanship, rarity, storytelling, and long-term emotional value. They are looking for someone who can help grow this universe internationally while building meaningful and lasting relationships across EMEA, the UK, the USA, and the Arab world.

This is a fast-paced, founder-led environment with ambitious global growth plans over the coming years. The ideal candidate should be excited by growth, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and motivated by the opportunity to help build a modern luxury house from within.

About The Role:

  • Lead the development of the company’s private client network, international sales strategy, and relationship management across collectors, retailers, galleries, stylists, luxury partners, and cultural tastemakers.
  • Act as both a strategic commercial lead and a relationship builder, capable of generating opportunities, nurturing long-term partnerships, and driving measurable sales growth globally.
  • Be polished and hospitality-minded, but also ambitious, proactive, resilient, and highly resourceful.
  • Confidently host clients, travel internationally, build trust quickly, and represent the company with intelligence, warmth, discretion, and commercial confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and expand the company’s international private client and collector network across key global markets (comes with an existing black book of clients ready to purchase)
  • Drive sales across collectibles, bespoke commissions, private projects, fine jewellery, wardrobe collections, and future categories
  • Develop and execute international growth strategies across EMEA, the UK, USA, and the Arab world
  • Identify and secure strategic retail, gallery, hospitality, and brand partnership opportunities
  • Organise and manage private appointments, salon experiences, activations, trunk shows, dinners, and international client events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with collectors, luxury retailers, personal shoppers, stylists, editors, architects, galleries, and cultural tastemakers
  • Manage the full client journey from introduction to long-term relationship development
  • Coordinate thoughtful gifting, follow-ups, hospitality experiences, and personalised client communication to Company standards
  • Work closely with the founder to support commercial growth while protecting creative focus and time
  • Develop new business opportunities through existing networks, referrals, outreach, and relationship cultivation. This person must have existing B2B relations in the industry
  • Support sales reporting, market analysis, and strategic growth planning
  • Represent the Company internationally with professionalism, discretion, sophistication, and strong communication skills
  • Contribute operationally where required within a growing entrepreneurial environment

Candidate Profile:

  • Be highly personable, ambitious, commercially aware, and globally connected.
  • Understand both relationship management and revenue generation at a high level. This person will be building the department ground up, with the vision of developing within the business within a year.
  • Enjoy operating inside fast-moving luxury environments and is motivated by helping build something distinctive with long-term international potential.
  • The candidate will also need to enter the brand and build the systems and department ground up, reporting directly to the founder. This will include building a pipeline on the CRM system

Requirements:

  • Ideally at least 7 years of experience within luxury sales, private client relations, fashion, art, jewellery, hospitality, design, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of luxury client management and high-net-worth relationship building
  • Existing international network and strong “black book” across relevant industries is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to generate revenue, close opportunities, and develop long-term commercial relationships. Pitching the brand is crucial.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality and client experience standards
  • Confidence hosting, entertaining, travelling internationally, and managing high-level relationships
  • Deep interest in fashion, art, craftsmanship, design, culture, and contemporary luxury
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Highly proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Comfortable working within a founder-led company environment that is evolving and growing quickly
  • Strong strategic thinking alongside hands-on execution ability
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, relationships, and international markets simultaneously. Build decks, work off of Excel.
  • Confident, articulate, emotionally intelligent, and culturally aware
  • Strong team player with leadership potential as the company scales internationally. A can-do attitude
  • Fluent English required
  • Arabic strongly preferred
  • French and/or Italian considered a strong advantage
